I've been called lots of things, but my favorite is Coach Jon. I've spent almost two decades in sales and leadership, working and consulting with companies from all over the globe.

My mission is to help companies learn how to stop communicating, and start connecting with their customers.  I do this by helping companies and individuals with their marketing, leadership and sales, creating frameworks that focus on their people and their customers.

Most importantly though, I'm a husband to an incredible wife, and the father of 3 incredible kids.  If I'm not coaching companies and professionals, you will probably find me coaching sports, which might be one of my favorite things to do ever.
